Is Godex safe: the checks that answer it

This page does not hand out verdicts. Godex is a working instant exchange; whether it fits you depends on checks you can do yourself in a couple of minutes. Here they are, in the order that matters.

Check before you send

1. The address in the browser. Compare it letter by letter with the official domain — a swapped character is the oldest trick there is.
2. What is asked of you. A swap needs the receiving address and nothing else. A request for a seed phrase or a wallet password is the end of the conversation.
3. The rules before the transfer. Limits, the AML policy and what happens to a flagged transfer must be readable before you send, not after.
4. The rate type. A floating rate can move while the network confirms; a fixed one is locked. Neither is a scam — they are different deals.
5. A small test first. On a new service, send the minimum before the amount you care about.
